Since last week, God already promted me to tell my parents that I'm a christian(: & I thought It's devil that making me to use my dad to tell me to stop serving God, so that's why i didnt took much faith to tell that time. last saturday going to service, God promted me again that tell my parents I'm a christian, so at this time, i know God is not joking. So while worshipping him, I told him this "God , i really dont dare to tell them ! I'm really afriad that they will ask me to stop serving you"! And God answer me this " If you have faith in me , everything can be settle." so from that time, I keep thinking about it and consider it. until the next day which is sunday , I really cried and kneel at room and ask God "God , can you just stop asking me to telling them i'm a christian can or not" and he answered" are you having low-faith in me that i can help you?!" so i kept praying and praying and praying that God will give me a better solutions. about 10pm, I called up Xinru and said to her that I'm gonna take up my courage and tell them I'm a COG. Xinru was really anxious for me , and she told me what to do . I droped down the phone and I told my dad , then i was crying before i say anything! My dad comforted me and ask me gently what has happen to me . I told him that I'm a christian, And thank God he didnt scold me or what , he just say why i want to accpet Jesus into my life , then I said God is real in my life. Then he wanted to talk to Xinru , and so thank God that my dad did not use harsh tone to talk to xinru ! hush ! and my dad says to xinru that "if sherry wants to received christ, let her decide on her own when she's gets 20". Then xinru doesnt have the chance to talk to my dad , cause my dad keep saying things that not-link to the subject. After my dad talking to xinru , he passed the phone to me and its my turn to talked to xinru now. and xinru complained to me that he's very long-winded ! AMEN ! LOL Then she asked me to stand firm no matter what and all sorts then we hang up the phone. 5mins later , my dad came in and said this amazing thing " If you want to serve God, you must do well in your studies, and i can see your english in improving now" I was really shocked lah ! cause he said to xinru at first is he doesnt wants me to serve God. And now , he has changed his perspective on christian ! Thank God !
So , friends , if you still did not tell your parents that you're a christian , i challenge to tell your parents ! *of course at the right time* let your parents sees your difference in you ! you also really want to see ur parents happy for you yeah ?! Guys ! JYJYJY !
