At the first start i thought it is fun and very easy t be a follow upper and also very easy to shepherd th newbies, but now then I know it all needs time t prepare everything good for th newbies. Like shepherdings, follow uppings, check your sheeps lifes and so on.
And when your sheep's life is unstable, you still got t presuade her t come for svc/cg reguraly.
When there's really no choice, we gotta scold/talk firmly t them, which I cant do it.
And now, I know being a good shepherd is not easy, we got t relay on God more than ourselves.

My phone was confiscated by Mr Kenneth Ng, and i was "so/ not so angry" LOL
But tomorrow i can get back my phone. LOL

I really need time t train myself t be a good shepherd.
